Plot[]
The Teletubbies pop over a hill just about to say 'Eh-oh!' until The Magic Windmill spins. Then, they watch a boy named Arthur reading a story about a robot. Later in Teletubbyland, Tinky Winky, Dipsy and Laa-Laa wake up and go outside, Po wakes up and looks out the window, she watches the other Teletubbies jumping, waving their legs and running around in circles, so she makes all these things on her own. A Voice Trumpet (which is not shown rising) plays some piano music while she makes this. Afterwards, the other Teletubbies come in and everyone goes to sleep. Suddenly, they wake up again and see The Magic Windmill spinning, so they go watching The Tap Dancing Teddy Bear before The Magic Windmill stops spinning for Tubby Bye-Bye.

Trivia[]
- Dipsy was the missing Teletubby
- Tinky Winky was picked for the TV Event
- Laa-Laa was the boo shouter
- This episode reuses the opening segment from Our Pig Winnie. The only differences are the music and some of the footage are slightly sped up. Also in this episode, the Normal animation replaces the Original animation. As well, when the Normal animation appeared, a different sound is heard, replacing the sound heard in Our Pig Winnie.
- This is the only episode that has two versions of the TV Event. When the Arthur Robot Story video plays the first time, Arthur is being read the story by his older sister (Florence). When it plays the second time, Arthur is reading the story to his younger sister (Agnes).
- Laa-Laa was the boo shouter.
- Dipsy was the missing Teletubby.
- The German version of this episode is called Luftballons (Balloons) with a different TV receiver video.
- When the Teletubbies waved their legs, there were no jingling sounds heard.
- The yellow door (where the Fullalove household lived at the time of production) from the Numbers episodes featuring the Duncombe School Children appears in this episode.
- This and Naughty Cloud are the only episodes in the original series to feature the Voice Trumpets not rising. Then in Football (an episode of the reboot series), another Voice Trumpet is shown not rising.
- A black Voice Trumpet model is used in this episode instead of a silver model inside the Tubbytronic Superdome. However, the silver model appeared outside.
