Dipsy and Po arrive on some hills. Then, Dipsy's hat appears on his head. Afterwards, his hat appears on Po's head, covering her face, before the hat goes back on Dipsy's head. Finally, the hat disappears and the windmill spins. Then, the Teletubbies watch two boys make models of heads out of clay. In the Home Hill, Dipsy is very pleased with himself when he discovers his eyes, mouth, nose, and ears. He shows Tinky Winky and Laa-Laa where their eyes, mouth, nose, and ears are. Nobody can see Po's because she is wearing Dipsy's hat and it covers her head, naughty Po. So Dipsy chases her around Home Hill, then all the Teletubbies have a big hug. Then the windmill stops spinning (offscreen) for Tubby Bye-Bye.

- This is the second of only two episodes to include Field 9, the rarest Opening Shot in the series. The other episode was Twirlers.
- This is the last episode to have the Magic Windmill stop spinning sound without the Magic Windmill stop spinning animation. To add this, this indicates that the Windmill froze off-screen.
