Plot[]
Laa-Laa is out for a walk when she sees a white cloud. Po is out for a walk when she sees a black cloud. The white cloud and the black cloud join together and become a very unusual black and white cloud. Tinky Winky is out for a walk when he sees the black and white cloud. Then the cloud floats away and the Teletubbies watch some children finding out about things that are coloured black. Inside the house, Dipsy's hat is left at the control panel. Noo-Noo tidies it up before Dipsy's comes inside. When Dipsy comes inside, he does a dance before Noo-Noo blows out his hat. Then Dipsy puts his hat on and dances some more before the windmill stops spinning for Tubby Bye-Bye.
