It was then re-released on DVD along with Here Come the Teletubbies in 2000. It was then re-released on VHS/DVD in 2003, and again in 2009 along with Ready...steady…go! on the DVD 'Ready Steady Dance!'

Trivia
- This video marks the first appearance of the Follow the Leader Dance. It later made its first television appearance in the 1998 episode Carnival 2.
- Before each dance (with the exception of the Follow the Leader Dance; in Indonesian version, the Stamping and Stepping Dance and the Walking Dance) the Narrator states the name of each dance, although the narrator states the follow the leader dance in the US version.
- When the Teletubbies go to the Magic Event place, the Sun Baby is not shown.
- In between some of the dances, the flowers comment on the dancing.
- The second TV Event that shows a group of children dancing was featured exclusively on this video and never appeared on television shown in an actual episode. In addition, the second TV Event is the same thing as to all segments in Ready...Steady...Go!.
- In the US Version of the Trit Trot segment, the voice trumpet just says "Trot" repeatedly instead of "Trit Trot".
- This is the first video to feature Simon Shelton as Tinky Winky (He played him in the Follow the Leader Dance)
- Po was the boo shouter.
- Tinky Winky was the missing Teletubby.
- Before The Tap Dancing Teddy Bear Magical Event, the Magic Windmill spins with the TV Event tune, as the episode originally had the Feeding the Chickens TV Event afterwards.
- In the US version of the Running Away Dance, the Teletubbies can be heard panting, while in the UK version, the panting was inaudible.
- In the UK version of the Stamping and Stepping Dance, the Teletubbies were silent until the very end when they cheered. But in the US version, Laa-Laa can be heard giggling throughout the entire dance.
- In the UK version of the Tip Toe Dance, the Teletubbies were silent until the very end when they cheered. But in the US version, they giggled throughout the entire dance.
- The 1997 UK VHS release is also the final video to have the 1991-1997 BBC Video ident, the 1991-1997 version of the BBC Tracking Control Screen and the 1995-1997 version of the BBC Warning Screen, with all future UK video releases starting from Nursery Rhymes instead using the 1997-2009 BBC Video ident, the 1997-2005/6 version of the BBC Tracking Control Screen and the 1997-2005/6 VHS version of the BBC Warning Screen. It is also one of two UK videos to use the 1991-1997 BBC Video ident, the 1991-1997 version of the BBC Tracking Control Screen and the 1995-1997 version of the BBC Warning Screen, the other being Here Come the Teletubbies.
Goofs
- The 2001 VHS had Dot and Dash on the cover, however, it both opens and closes with the 1996 PBS P-Pals logo.
- In the UK version of the VHS, when Tinky Winky lays down after the jumping for fun activity is about to end and the Windmill is spinning when he says "Very tired!", there is no music heard playing whilst the TV Receiver Event is happening. This was fixed in the US version.
