The Teletubbies walk one by one in a line before watching a girl create pavement drawings with chalk. It rains in Teletubbyland as the Teletubbies watch from inside the house. When the rain stops, a rainbow appears. They all think the rainbow is beautiful and go outside to look at it. Finally, The Teletubbies do The Splashing Dance before Tubby Bye-Bye.
