Plot (US Version)[]
The Teletubbies Everywhere segment features Noo-Noo counting to 4, Po drawing an oval, Dipsy discovering the colors black and white, 2 Voice Trumpets mooing like cows, and Laa-Laa watching 2 kids from Colombia helping their father milk a cow. In Teletubbyland, Laa-Laa is out for a walk when she sees a white cloud. Po is out for a walk when she sees a black cloud. The white cloud and the black cloud join together and become a black and white cloud. Tinky Winky is out for a walk when he sees the black and white cloud. Then, the cloud floats away and the Teletubbies watch The Animal Parade before the windmill stops spinning. Then the Teletubbies do The Rocking Dance before Tubby Bye-Bye.
