Gary Stevenson (born November 30, 1957) is a British actor and voice actor. In Teletubbies, he voiced some of the voice trumpets. He is most notably the voice trumpets from the intro and Tubby Bye-Bye and also the singer of the theme tune. In the 2015 reboot, he was replaced by Jim Broadbent.
Trivia
- Despite his voice being heard in the intro and Tubby Bye-Bye, his name does not appear in the credits of every episode. He is only credited in the VHSs' and in episodes where he does voice trumpets within episode segments.
- He also appeared in some early epiosdes of Tots TV. He played a character called Jack who doesn't speak and would set up activities outside for children.
