The Teletubbies run over to each other but the Magic Windmill spins and they watch Andy Brown and some children visit an aquarium just to learn how fish swim in water. Back in Teletubbyland, they play an in-and-out game when a cloud appears in Teletubbyland. They go in when it rains, but come back out when it stops. However, after a while, the cloud drifts off, making the Teletubbies disappointed. The Teletubbies groan in disappointment and after they sadly say goodbye to the cloud. Despite this, they continue to play their in-and-out game a little more before Tubby Bye-Bye.

- The main segment does not have an opening shot. However, the music for the opening shots begins to play but then changes when the Teletubbies appear on-screen.
