The Teletubbies run out of the house to find their favorite things, then they run off to watch some children flying kites. A special cloud falls out of the sky and lands on Tinky Winky's head. Tinky Winky shows his special cloud to the others and they all think it is beautiful. But when he shows it to Dipsy the special cloud lifts off his head and floats back into the sky. Tinky Winky is sad until Dipsy let him wear his hat to cheer him up.

Plot (US Version)

Then, the Teletubbies does The Falling Down Dance, afterwards, the windmill starts spinning and they run to watch The Magic House with the singing man performing in the Top Right Window. Then, the Windmill stops spinning and Tubby Bye Bye sequence takes place.
Plot US Version #2 (Kites)
The Teletubbies Everywhere segment features the color pink with Po, Dipsy makes a square like his hat, while Tinky Winky shows us near and far and the film from India features some children learning how to make kites, which they then fly high over the trees. In Teletubbyland, the Teletubbies dance around the control panel and then the film shows two little boys and their windmill.
Triva
- Po was the missing teletubby in both UK Version and US Version #2. Tinky Winky was the missing teletubby in US Version.
- Dipsy was the boo shouter in UK Version. Tinky Winky was the boo shouter in US Version.
- The US Version has The Falling Down Dance and The Magic House (Top Right Window)
- Also, the US Version has the Magic Windmill close up after The Falling Down Dance, this time the magic windmill makes the whooshing sound. It also happens in Running.
- The US Version #2 has no Magical Event.
- Po was the boo shouter in US Version #2.
