The "Little Lamb" is a lost and found lamb that is perched on a red contraption with wheels (kind of like a leg brace with wheels). The Little Lamb is featured in Making Fantastic Animals, the US version of Herding Sheep, and the VHS Animals Big and Small.
In the Little Lamb segment, the Little Lamb is very sad. So the Teletubbies try to make the Little Lamb happy. Laa-Laa does a happy dance, Tinky Winky puts the Little Lamb by some flowers, Dipsy lets the Little Lamb wear his hat and Po lets the Little Lamb ride her scooter. But the Little Lamb is still sad. Suddenly, the Teletubbies hear a noise. Then, another Little Lamb appears and this makes the Little Lamb happy. Then, both Little Lambs leave Teletubbyland and disappear. As soon as the lambs are leaving, the Teletubbies say goodbye to them.

- Little Lamb is the most famous out of all the items/animals that have appeared in the segment "Something appeared from far away".
- There's a storybook based on this segment called "Little Lamb".
- In some of the foreign dubs of the segment such as German, Dutch and Italian, the Little Lambs sound the same as they do in English. In other languages such as Portuguese, Catalan and Czech, the Little Lambs are dubbed.
- In the Brazilian and Chinese dubs, the Little Lambs are completely silent. However in the Chinese version of Animals Big and Small, the Little Lambs sound like they do in English.
- The first Little Lamb is male and the 2nd Little Lamb is female. However, in the Lithuanian version, the genders are swapped.
