The Teletubbies listen to a voice trumpet recite a nursery rhyme called 'Hark, Hark, The Dogs Do Bark' Then they watch Becky go for a ride on a tram. Po rides her scooter too fast and keeps knocking the other Teletubbies over. But then she crashes into a tree and falls over. The Teletubbies do the Twisty Dance before Tubby Bye Bye.

- The voices coming from the voice trumpet in the opening are the voices of Simon Shelton, John Simmit, Nikky Smedley and Pui Fan Lee (the actors who played the Teletubbies)
- Po was the boo shouter
- Dipsy was the missing Teletubby.
- At the beginning of the 'Twisty Dance,' the scene where Po inside the house was cut. This also happened in the video "Uh Oh Messes and Muddles!"
