Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa Laa and Po pop up from behind 4 different hills and look up at a beautiful white cloud above them. The magic windmill however started to spin, promoting the Teletubbies to run off to watch some children playing in the rain before the sun baby giggles. Later on, the Teletubbies do The Splashing Dance near the front entrance of the Tubbytronic Superdome before the sun baby giggles silently. Meanwhile, a cloud rains down a watery puddle on the grass. Po was out riding on her scooter when she saw the puddle. She soon sees Dipsy coming towards her. Po tried to warn Dipsy about the puddle, but he just kept walking until he stepped into the puddle. Next, Laa Laa came by and she ends up stepping in the puddle as well. Finally, Tinky Winky comes by walking with his bag. Po, Laa Laa and Dipsy were able to warn Tinky Winky about the puddle and he stopped right in front of it. Tinky Winky wondered "What's That?". Po, Laa Laa and Dipsy told him about how wet and soggy the puddle was to them. But when Tinky Winky could not help himself, he simply jumped straight into the water puddle and the other Teletubbies thought that this was very funny. Afterwards, the Magic Windmill started spinning once again, and this time the Teletubbies silently rush off together to watch The Animal Parade with the tigers 🐅, penguins 🐧, snakes 🐍, elephants 🐘, flamingos 🦩, butterflies 🦋, tortoises 🐢, giraffes 🦒, and frogs🐸 (same version from the UK version of Making Flowers),march through Teletubbyland After the animals disappear before the camera cuts to the Home Hill 1 opening shot for the next scene. Inside the Home Hill, Po plays with the levers and buttons on the control panel inside the Tubbytronic Superdome. Just then she suddenly sees The Magic Windmill spinning, promoting her to run out for other Teletubbies to watch Sam have a ride in a helicopter from Penzance to the Scilly Isles. Meanwhile, Laa Laa goes out to play with her ball. She bounces it and throws it, but then she ends up getting her ball stuck in a tree. Laa Laa tries to jump up and reach it but she isn't tall enough to reach her ball. Dipsy tries to reach the ball but he isn't tall enough either. Even Tinky Winky isn't tall enough to reach the ball, even when he tries to. However, Po thinks she can reach the ball, even though she is the smallest Teletubby of all. She borrows Tinky Winky's bag, spins it around, and throws it at the ball. Tinky Winky's bag successfully knocked Laa Laa's ball loose from the tree branches and it comes back down to her. Laa Laa is now overjoyed to have her ball back when she is happy and feels better, Tinky Winky gets his bag back and both the Teletubbies and the narrator say 'Clever Po!'. Afterwards, the Magic Windmill started to spin once again, and this time Laa Laa runs off with Po, Dipsy and Tinky Winky to watch The Tap Dancing Teddy Bear dancing once in his carousel (same version from the UK Version of Larette Tap Dancing, except here it has the sun baby giggling when the Teletubbies arrived to their destination). Then the camera cuts to the Stop Spinning Windmill animation where the Magic Windmill stops spinning for Tubby Bye Bye.
