Rudolph Malcolm Walker CBE (born 28 September 1939) is a Trinidadian actor, known for his roles as Bill Reynolds in the ITV sitcom Love Thy Neighbour and Patrick Trueman in the BBC soap opera EastEnders. He voiced the Voice Trumpets In both UK & US versions and the opening & closing lines in the US version of Teletubbies. In the 2015 reboot series, he was replaced by David Walliams.
