Dipsy and Laa-Laa hold hands while out for a walk and say "Eh-Oh" before the Magic Windmill spins. The Teletubbies watch Silvie paint a mural of a fish pond. Dipsy sees a cloud from outside the window and goes outside and follows it. The cloud begins to rain and make a puddle. Dipsy looks at his reflection in the puddle when suddenly, his hat falls into the puddle. Dipsy feels very sad and decides to sing a sad song. While he sings his sad song, the sun shines, the wind blows and then the puddle dries up. Dipsy feels very happy to have his hat back. Then, it’s time for Tubby Bye-Bye.
