Teletubbies and the Snow (Teletubbies Christmas in the Snow in the USA) is the 9th special of Teletubbies home media releases (the 10th special in the US). It was released on 11 October 1999 by BBC and Ragdoll Productions and on October 31, 2000, in the US by PBS.
It was re-released on DVD along with Happy Christmas from the Teletubbies (Merry Christmas, Teletubbies! in the USA) in 2000. It was re-released on VHS/DVD in 2003 and again in 2007 on the DVD Teletubbies Happy Christmas!.

- The 2003 re-release opens with the Teletubbies Everywhere episode Walking in the Snow (Germany).
- This is one of the VHSs that had the Macrovision logo at the start of the VHS. The other VHS was Ready Steady Go!
- For all of the TV Events, the music starts playing just as the segments finish (due to the original episodes not having the Windmill spin after these segments). The US version adds the Remembering the Snow segments, and have them before the TV Events save for the first one.
- The end credits start when the Teletubbies walk up to the house, and only Laa-Laa says "Bye-Bye" for a final time.
- In the UK version, the credits started after the Narrator says "Teletubbies say goodbye".
- The US Version is called Christmas in the Snow, and is split into two videos. In 2003, the two videos were combined into one DVD.
- In addition, the US version is the last release to use the PBS P-head on both the VHS & DVD covers. The next US release, Go! Exercise with the Teletubbies, would be the first to use Dot and Dash on the covers.
- Also, the US version includes the Remembering the Snow segments, while the UK version does not have any.
- Laa-Laa was the boo shouter in both the UK, 2003 DVD and Volume 2 of Christmas in the Snow. In Volume 1 of Christmas in the Snow, Po was the boo shouter.
- Laa-Laa was the missing Teletubby in both the UK, 2003 DVD and Volume 1 of Christmas in the Snow versions. Tinky Winky was the missing Teletubby in both Volume 2 of Christmas in the Snow and the Korean version. Po was the missing Teletubby in the Lithuanian version.
- This VHS, along with Happy Christmas from the Teletubbies and Merry Christmas, Teletubbies!, hasn't got a Magical Event in it.
- Also, its first release with Happy Christmas from the Teletubbies on DVD in 2000 is surprisingly off the radar, even more so than Magical Surprises. No one has that particular DVD in their collection on YouTube apart from 1 person, as it is constantly overshadowed by the Limited Edition DVD in 2003 and most of all, the Happy Christmas DVD from 2007, not to mention nobody ever uploaded a full DVD menu of it, making it the only Teletubbies UK DVD without a menu uploaded to YouTube.
