The Twisty Dance is one of the dances that the Teletubbies do. It was first shown in the episode Little Baby. This dance starts with Po sitting in the house at the table, doing nothing. She soon hears some music coming from outside. She starts to dance along before seeing what's going on. So she gets out of her seat and runs outside. Meanwhile, Dipsy and Laa-Laa are watching Tinky Winky do a new dance routine. Tinky Winky is tapping his toes to the music, and soon, he starts moving his arms and hips from side to side, as if he were twisting his whole body around! The others are very interested in how Tinky Winky is dancing, so Dipsy decides to join in. Laa-Laa is also rather interested, so she too joins the fun. Po runs up the hill and over to join them and then soon enough, they're all dancing together. They move their arms and hips from side to side and up and down. They each move one foot out and turn around. Laa-Laa and Tinky Winky dance together and so do Dipsy and Po, as they grab hands and dance around in a circle. Then, they move their arms and hips again but Tinky Winky and Dipsy are facing away from the camera, but then they turn around and they each sit on the ground and make their parping noises and they all jump. Dipsy starts jumping and moving his arms and then the other Teletubbies do the same. Then, they all move around doing their little dances. Then, they each move their feet left and right and after Tinky Winky moves his feet and poses the dance is over and the Teletubbies cheer and celebrate.

Trivia[]
- This is one of the 5 dances to feature the Teletubbies' late 1997-mid 1998 costumes. The other four are The Bumping Dance (Bumps a Daisy), The Jumping Dance (2nd Version), The Happy Dance, and The Calypso Dance.
- This dance does have an extended version where the Teletubbies dance again, but there is no key change.
- In Uh-Oh! Messes & Muddles, the dance opens with The Rabbits Song and the scene of Po inside the house is cut out.
- In My Dad's a Tram Driver and the US Versions of Stop and Go and Flower Festival (Spain), the dance starts with Dipsy and Laa-Laa watching Tinky Winky.
- In My Dad's a Tram Driver, Getting Up in the Morning, and the US Versions of Funny Walks, Stop and Go, and Flower Festival (Spain), the dance ends with Tinky Winky cheering all by himself.
- In My Dad's a Tram Driver and the US Version of Flower Festival (Spain), the Teletubbies sound different and their bottoms make no sound at all.
- In Little Baby, Rollerblading, Uh-Oh! Messes & Muddles, and the US version of Shadows, after the dance is over, Dipsy, Laa-Laa, and Po run over to Tinky Winky to celebrate, but the celebration is cut short when the Magic Windmill spins for the TV event. The Teletubbies stop celebrating and turn to look at the windmill. Then they turn back to the audience, say "Uh oh!", and head to the hill for the TV Event.
- In the US version of Making Flowers, the windmill spins, just like in Little Baby, Rollerblading, Uh-Oh! Messes & Muddles, and the US version of Shadows. However, it spins for a Magical Event instead of a TV Event.
- In Going In and Coming Out and the US version of Crawling, the dance ends with the Teletubbies's celebration, but instead of having the scene of the Teletubbies turning round and looking at the windmill, it cuts straight to the Baby Sun giggling for Tubby Bye-Bye.
- If you watch closely, there is a "blink and you miss it" shot of Tinky Winky posing.
