Tinky Winky listens to a voice trumpet make the sound of a whistle blowing and he runs away from the repeating noise. The Teletubbies watch some children marching and dancing with Twirlers. Then the Teletubbies march with their favourite things. After that, the Windmill starts to spin and the Teletubbies watch The Animal Parade before the Windmill stops spinning for Tubby Bye-Bye.
