Two Happy Teletubbies is a short segment that appears in the episode Numbers - 2. Unlike the Four Happy Teletubbies segment, this segment only features two Teletubbies, those being Tinky Winky and Laa-Laa.
Synopsis[]
Laa-Laa pops up with her hands over her eyes. She then takes her hands away from her eyes and says "Boo!" before giggling and saying "Eh-oh!" She proceeds to play Peek-a-Boo again before Tinky Winky runs over to her. Tinky Winky then says "Boo!" surprising Laa-Laa. The two then share a laugh before giving each other a big hug. But the Magic Windmill spins, signaling them to join the other Teletubbies for the Lion and Bear.
Trivia[]
- In this segment, Tinky Winky and Laa-Laa don't say "Uh-oh!" and run away after the windmill spins, but it would happen later in African Dance, which was the only segment and episode to have it. Instead, the camera cuts to the scene from Lion and Bear.
- This segment would later be shown in the extended version of the Four Happy Teletubbies segment. However instead of Tinky Winky running up to Laa-Laa to surprise her, he appears from a far away hill, then says "Boo!" Then the two run up to each other and hug before looking for Dipsy.
