Umby Pumby is the yellow Tiddlytubby. He is voiced by Teresa Gallagher. He was one of the first Tiddlytubbies introduced in the episode Babies. Then from the episode Tallest Shortest until the end of Season 1, he was often seen sleeping or with her teddy bear.

He has a yellow body and a zig-zag shaped aeriel on her head. As he is yellow, he shows quite a resemblance to Laa-Laa.

He likes playing and falling asleep with his little teddy bear.
