The Teletubbies play their through the arch game. But the Windmill interrupts them, so they go off to watch a little girl and her dad go for a walk. A signal light (traffic light) appears in Teletubbyland. Po admires the signal light changing from red to green. She can't go when the signal light is on red, so she has to wait for it to change to green. Then Dipsy arrives and notices the signal light. Laa Laa comes along with her ball and wants Dipsy to play with it. But he has to wait for the signal light to change to green. Tinky Winky comes along and notices the signal light. While he waits for the light to change to green, Po rides her scooter and Dipsy and Laa-Laa run around with the ball and chase it. Then the signal light changes to green. What a good job Tinky Winky waited. So Tinky Winky walks away and the signal light disappears.
